This is the honest summary of how Myton Lottery works. The full legal terms will be published here once the operating model is finalised — nothing in the summary will contradict them.
The essentials
- You must be 18 or over to enter any Myton draw. We check age at sign-up and again before payment; underage entries are void and refunded.
- You must be a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) to enter.
- Every ticket costs the same £2. No discounts on tickets, however many you hold, and no pressure to buy more.
- Closing dates are fixed and published for every draw. When a draw closes, it closes — whatever has sold, with no extensions.
- Winners are chosen by a published, independently verifiable random draw, confirmed by two members of staff — see how the draw works.
- Winners are contacted directly within two working days, and every result is published in the winners archive. There is nothing to claim and no deadline.
- Prizes are paid in full, with no fees deducted and no alternative offered without your agreement.
- Refunds: the full refund and cancellation policy will be published here before the first draw.
- You can cancel a membership at any time online, effective from your next payment date.

Myton Lottery will operate either as a society lottery or as a prize competition; that decision, and the exact wording of the full terms and conditions, is with our legal advisers. The complete terms — including the free-entry route if required, prize rules and the refund policy — will be published on this page before launch.
This summary is written to hold true under either model. If anything here ever conflicted with the full terms, the full terms would prevail — and we would rewrite this page so it doesn’t.
