Myton LotteryThe Myton Hospices

This should always feel comfortable.

Myton Lottery is a gentle way to support hospice care, and it should never be more than that. A few pounds a week, decided by you, easy to change and easy to stop.

Only spend what you’re comfortable with

Please only ever play with money you would be happy to give to Myton anyway. The draws are a thank-you on top of a donation — they are not a way to win money back, and no amount of playing changes the odds in your favour.

If playing has stopped feeling like a small good thing and started feeling like a pull, that matters to us more than the income. Everything on this page is here to make stopping or slowing down easy.

Set your own limits

You decide the ceiling, we hold you to it — not the other way round.

  • A weekly spend limit you set in your account, covering membership and any special-draw tickets together. Once you reach it, we simply won’t take more.
  • Lower it any time, effective immediately. Raising it again always takes 24 hours — a built-in pause, never an instant “yes”.
  • Move down a bundle or cancel online in a couple of clicks, no phone call, no persuasion screen, no “are you sure?” guilt trip.

Take a break, or step away for good

You can pause your membership for any length of time — your place, bundle and card wait for you, and no payments are taken while you’re away.

If you want a firmer stop, self-exclusion closes the door properly: it takes effect immediately, lasts at least six months, and follows you across every charity lottery we operate.
